Order Agreement (Must Read)
By placing an order through this site buyers agree to the shipping & handling charges clearly stated by the shopping cart. If you do not agree to or understand the shipping & handling cost required to send your package please do not submit an order.
How to place an order?
Every product has a buy button. Click on the buy button to order. Order will be placed in your shopping cart. When you are done shopping, click on check out button. Recheck your order and choose your country, click checkout again. Fill in your information. Name and Address is Mandatory. Choose your shipping method. Choose your payment method. Automated email will be sent to you with order details.
Do I need to register to order?
Anyone can buy from our store. No need to register with us.
How do i check my order status?
After completing your order, you will be receiving an email. In this email you will find your order number, and your order information. You can check your order status if payments had been promptly received, if package had been sent out etc., Just click the "order status" from the navigation bar above. You will need your order status number and email address to access your information.
Can I place a product on hold?
Yes, please email us.
How long can you hold a product?
1 week, if it will be longer, you must contact us and let us know.
When can I expect my order?
